Job Bank Intro

My first ministry job just landed in my lap.  A family friend called and the conversation went something like this: “Hi Brad…I just launched a church and we have 300-400 college students coming every Thursday Night to our college worship experience.  They need a pastor.  Would you like the job?”  Okay, so maybe the process of getting hired was a bit more complicated, but the fact is, I just didn’t work that hard to get my first college ministry job.

My story is unusual…very unusual.  College ministry positions, especially paid ones, can be extremely difficult to find.  As more and more churches see the value of ministering to the collegiate community, we need to make it easy for job seekers to find and for churches to fill those positions.  Our job bank is for college ministry positions only.  However, some positions listed will be multi-faceted.  For example, “youth and young-adult” may be listed as the job title.  Regardless, you won’t have to worry about sorting through hundreds of positions to find one focused partially or entirely on college students.  In addition, if you are seeking to fill a position, we do offer alternative ways of helping you find the best fit if publicly posting your opening is undesirable for some reason.

Email Jobs@CollegeMinistry.com for more information on getting your college ministry position filled without posting the opening in the CM Job Bank.

Sincerely,
